@nprofile1q... As with many other UN resolutions, it is a legal document stating purpose and calling states to do stuff that's just plain reasonable in lukewarm terms. Hardly contentious things, and without dramatic consequences for enforcement. Can you imagine the <two> countries that voted against it?

@nprofile1q... The fact that there are investment funds of international scale fucking aroudn every-fucking-where does not help at all. Besides, real estate is a market with one of the worst feedback loops: inelastic demand, basic necessity for people, out-pricing people in purchase prices and in rents (because that investment must return tenfold yesterday).
