I don't believe this is coincidence coming out right now. Reading Diodorus (100BC) who chronicles Egyptian history. Their priests kept detailed records. He describes the pyramids as being mounded up somehow. I think this would only be possible with cultured granite maybe with natrum and powdered rock. We rely so much on tech to describe these phenomena but the ancient texts tell a good deal of story. Also, Egyptian belief in afterlife and circumcision predate Mosaic law.
