Love this. I’ve been exploring a similar vein to make a local-only, human-only relay in Seattle. So far it’s a whitelist-only relay + lots of QR codes around the city that link to the whitelist form. The form would need GPS for approval or maybe a library card? What’s your main motivation? Censorship resistant phy layer?
