Fun little side realization.. the seasons in #India are winter, summer, monsoon, post-monsoon

I've decided to buy all the books by all the #comic artists who post on #mastodon

They have self-selected to be at least half decent, I get stuff to read, and they get support for doing the right thing.

We're running #PromCon the #Prometheud conference in #Munich. I always used my home as the address for #CNCF, sponsors, etc to ship stuff. Rent a van, drive it there, done.

One sponsor decided to send 150 backpacks.

Their vendor sent me 16 distinct tracking links -- while I am away in #India.

That'll be interesting.

#FOSDEM will happen on the weekend of 2026-01-30 and 2026-01-31!

We'll post a proper news item once all the automations work after our yearly archiving cutover.

@nprofile1q... how did you end up doing #CO2 monitoring at #emfcamp? Between #fosdem and #eventinfra we are close to spending 10k€ on #airgradient because they do most things right, and we were not able to get our own hardware spun up.

Intention is for everything to go into the eventinfra loan pool so ALL the conferences can monitor their environments.

Before we make that step, we wanted to check if it makes sense to collaborate on fully open hardware, firmware, and software stack instead.

#FOSDEM kick-off meeting

Tomorrow, we will have our #FOSDEM kick-off meeting in #Brussels (and remote). Maybe we will announce some... dates... after the kick-off

View from the campervan. That's our sleeping place tonight.

Godly.. almost bovine..
