Half way through that David Black book, Murder at the Met. Way better than I anticipated. As someone who’s worked with orchestras and has first hand knowledge of much of whats brought up and the relationship dynamics - it’s even more interesting. Will probably wrap it up tomorrow!

Send more suggestions, I only got one on my post asking for them and it was a book I’ve read.

I don’t have a definitive answer on that. What I described happens in the air chemical signals. But the idea of mycelium and underground networks… I find it fascinating. A kind of “wood wide web” beneath the surface. The grove might be more connected than we can actually see.
