These are cultivated outdoors in the garden! If you have shady spot in your yard and access to hardwood le chips they are super easy to grow.

motherwort is bitter as sin. Mix it with a little Chamomile, Lemon Balm, or Peppermint and a spoonful of honey.

I used to have lemon balm growing, but not anymore. I have some local honey I’ll use, and I’ll have to scoop one of the others too.
