What happened today on Twitter shows just how important having a decentralized censor resisted web is I hope it motivates all the web3 developers to stop stacking sats and start deploying interoperable main nets because not everyone codes. We need a layer 1 that runs on cells phones and doesn’t rely on large server farms like AWS and Google Cloud.
There’s looting and rioting mostly in the suburbs of Paris, and in some other cities, people are polarized, public transport is shutting down after 9PM, and weirdly tonight, shops are closing early....
This is probably worse than we all think, French government enacts change to retirement without passing any laws, then riots, kid gets shot dead, then mass arson, rioting, violence. What will the next time bring? We should all be scared!
