The change needs to happen at the app level, not at the user behavior level.

I have a job and I'm not claiming I can work 10x faster with AI like you are
also my job is as a software developer and a pretty intensive one, which means my brain gets tired of code when I get to the time I could be doing a side project

I guess you missed the part that I have no professional experience and I have 2 hours a day to do it. A valid comparison would be what does a normal programmer output in 2 hours a day without ai.
btw a normal programmer may work many hours a day, but it's only really productive at writing code at an average of 3 or 4 hours at best per day, the human brain can't handle more than that
