Came up with a twist of the battleship game with raisins and almonds for tomorrows activity in the advent calendar🥰
Looking forward to see the kids have a go at it.

We agreed on a workout calendar as well with Push-ups, sit-ups and squats. Adding 1rep per day. Going to be interesting to see how far we get in the linear progression😅

Had a great visit to the newly opened local library. Finished C.S Lewis Narnia.
I really enjoy our bedtime reading so I’m looking forward to see how the little ones like Harry Potter 🥰

Yesterday i joined a buddy for a 10k cardio challenge combined on the ergs.

He joined me on some deadlifts. 5x200kg felt decent.
