And then he left for his panel on hardware wallets where he made the joke I had heard NVK make so many times on podcasts: “hardware is hard”. Everyone giggled… we were in the presence of a grey beared, security expert after all.

These last few days have broken the trust in the bitcoin projects, and that’s a good thing.

We’ve been way too trusting.

You need to start taking entropy, and all the other attack vectors more seriously.

Multiple sources of entropy, multiple codebases, multiple interfaces. Phone, computer, and hardware wallets can work well together.
