Alright!

Rest week commenced.

I like to take a week off from training once every few months for recovery and balance.

Rest week regimen:

Eat
Meditate
Walk for 30 minutes
Rest

And repeat.

Once this week is over it's back to the gym baby! Oh YEEEE!!!

I would tell ChatGPT or any Ai to run a cost comparison between crowdhealth and paying out of pocket. I remember a few years ago I looked into it and was very expensive lol
