It helps me a lot to sleep in a reclining position, but not flat, with your back and head propped up with pillows.
If I sleep flat but awake with that awful acid in my throat. I prop up and I sleep better afterwards.

I would find belief without evidence very shaky also, especially in light of where each person’s soul/spirit will go in the afterlife. To be honest, nothing is 100% provable, but I find evidence in nature, the human body, fine tuning of the universe, historical writings of eyewitnesses, historical writings of non Christian scholars, archeological evidence of biblical writings, etc.

I appreciate talking with people with different beliefs and respect their thoughts. If I say I follow Jesus but am antagonistic and condescending then that would be fake and there are enough fakes out there. Peace to you.
