You have not tried to install an updated custom ROM to the latest version, for example Lineage OS has support for the vast majority of Samsung
I've looked into that but have never gotten around to doing it
Amazing how after so long they still work great.
Despite not being supported by Samsung anymore and having no more software updates the hardware is still in good condition because I took care of the device. I think the push to always buy a new device is problematic. Some people take care of their phones and don't always want or need the latest phone but it would be nice to continue to have some kind of software support.

My old Samsung Galaxy S10 I have used it again because it Google Pixel 6 inflated the battery for the second time and I'm going to replace it, I'm surprised how well it works today.

The US was founded by white land owning enslavers. It was founded on the genocide of Native Americans, the theft of land and resources, the enslavement of kidnapped Africans. The freedoms enunciated in the Constitution only applied to white men for most of US history. Those who lament that the US "has lost its way" don't understand the history of this country which was founded on protecting the privileges and property of the elite.
