Some thoughts on Palantir manifesto:
The book itself where they pulled this from is more than a year old, but the fact that they felt the need to release it as a kind of proclamation of the future of governance and geopolitics is quite the bold move.
At first glance, it may just appear to be an attempt to push an ideology to sell more spyware, but it’s much deeper than that.
If the Western bloc decided to follow their prescriptions, the end result would be a chronically paranoid world constantly feeling under threat and threatening their enemies…sort of like Alex Karp.
Meanwhile, who then would hold the keys in Europe and America? Who would have all the data before anyone else? And who could leverage that data to exert control? Who could manipulate the results of AI systems or perhaps provide false information to their nation state clients for their own gain? Who would have access to all the law enforcement data??
So then you tell me who holds all the power?
The path for them is very straightforward. Their pet Vance in the White House is their ticket to making this all a reality. They’re already deeply entrenched in national and local governance and law enforcement. Vance’s election would solidify this and give them unprecedented control. They along with their weapon manufacturing buddies like Palmer Luckey will ensure the world continues to be at war indefinitely.
PS-
Don’t get it twisted, they understood very well that they would receive major pushback (see comments and QTs), yet they posted this anyway.
What does that tell you about their mindset? They want the smoke 💨. They would very much like you to fear them while generating aura from being the villain.
