The problem with being the "meme president" is it's all fun and games until you're calling for American blood to be spilled for no discernible reason.

Saw the sketch and thought it was funny... In addition to the South Park episode.... At the same time, watching some of the documentary about this guy, it's pretty clear that he's suffered from this condition since childhood.

IDK what the solution is, but I think just like if you can't control your bowels and what to go out among other human beings, you've got to either take measures to mitigate that problem so it doesn't affect others. So in this instance... maybe wear a gag if you know you might involuntarily shout something awful?

One thing I really liked about this was the aspect of interspecies collaboration, especially with an alien that is as "alien" as Rocky.

This is the type of story that, in a different era of Hollywood, would have gotten mangled to the point where Rocky was the bad guy. Instead they have to collaborate to solve a common problem.

YES! Their friendship was so wholesome. I was almost about to cry in the last pages, thinking about Rocky alone and helpless in his spaceship. I never, ever thought I’d care about an alien this much...

Having lots of "ornament" in fashion seems to come and go in waves.

Although when you look to the past, one thing you always have to keep in mind is *most* people lived in grinding poverty...

So when that's your life and you escape it, or you have a strong need to distinguish yourself from "the poors", then you tend to go for lots of visible ornamentation.
