Good riddance, quite frankly... Season 13 was a massive disappointment; a tired, twee and self-amused attempt at "MST3K Cosplay". The riffs were altogether toothless and humorless, despite having a crop of what should be excellent "good bad movie" fodder.

Yeah I just tried playing around with it with a game controller... I guess the entire world is procedurally generated from a "seed", so everyone sees the same thing to start with. Then inscriptions can change the content.

It's a #metaverse on the Bitcoin blockchain!

For sure, I will keep my eye on it. If plots go cheap on secondary I'll definitely pick one up and mess around but I haven't seen anything fun or sticky come out of metaverses to date.

When you first use it, it read system and sets. You want it to be an option to be system/auto always? Guess I can do that, change from toggle to dropdown then.

So I have my computer go to "dark" theme at sunset and "light" theme at sunrise, and my expectation is that Web pages set to "system" theme will do the same...

This works fine with stuff like Google Drive, as well as with Nosotros. Doesn't work with Nostria where I have to manually toggle it back and forth.

Hmm interesting! So the Bitcoin Blockchain allows for all of that, including penalties for "early" pull out?

There's also the "token" angle, which is how this sort of crowdfunding would work on (say) Ethereum... Taking the scientific example specifically, it's what various DeSci DAO's use to issue "shares" in the associated IP...

I guess we don't have that in BTC, but then again I've always been skeptical of the idea of "tokenizing" State-based assets like IP to begin.

It is different then a DAO in that you don't pull funds together, each investor has a contract with the founder and controls their own funds. It is in theory still possible to use tokens or shares using hashlocks (when bitcoin is released it reveals a hash that unlocks tokens) but this is outside ...
