My predication: Earnings per share+- 37-39 $
Analists on tradingview predicts: -0.098$ EPS
If if the 37$ is correct and you would have a very conservative valuation of a p/e = 5
The price of the stock would be 740$

Strategy will qualify probably within 3 days for the S&P500 after it is qualified, a committee will judge in less than two months if it is accepted in the S&P500 index.
When Strategy is accepted in the S&P500 index it will be easier to get higher stock valuation and have easier acces to cheap debt for the long term.

Pros:
• Less likely you need to move to another house
• Increased potential for home customization.
Cons:
• Higher long-term cost compared to renting and investing the difference in Bitcoin.
• Decreased flexibility to move due to high transaction costs and potential delays in selling.
Conclusion
If you look only at the numbers renting is better but when you want to live a long time at the same place buying is better if you could finance it. If you buy it is a cost not an investment!
