@nprofile1q... I understand... But I must say that these days I see a lot of kids who don't want to put in effort. Some things are very difficult to succeed at in your first attempt, and do need a few tries before they become manageable.

That's not to say I don't understand what you're saying. But I have a teenage daughter who's looking for any excuse to never do anything she doesn't "feel like"

And if she read what you just wrote, we'd need to talk about how that's different from being lazy 😅

@nprofile1q... And that just makes it a bit hard to swallow. It's almost like people feel like they can swear off framework, but giving up their IPhone for a fairphone would be too much. Its almost like... Hypocrisy.

And I don't condone loudly sponsoring people who are trying their best to ruin others, but ffs. I can't be the only one seeing this? Or is there an angle that makes it different that im just not seeing?

@nprofile1q... well. Apple used forced labour in China. They've knowingly caused pollution with harzardous chemicals until they couldn't get away with it anymore (in areas with low income families). Yet, I know for a fact that a lot of people I've seen "stand up to" framework online STILL use iPhones.
