Die Taliban ist in Brüssel und die EU verhandelt mit ihnen über Abschiebungen von Afghan*innen.

Ich bin mir sehr sicher dass sich die EU das einiges Kosten lassen wird, um Menschen in ihr Verderben schicken zu dürfen. ich finde es zu höchst widerlich, dass die EU mit den Taliban verhandelt, denen nicht nur Menschenrechtsverletzungen vorgeworfen sondern nachgewiesen sind.

Was ist eigentlich aus dem guten alten "Wir verhandeln nicht mit Terroristen" geworden?

#Target has been booted from Minneapolis (where Target’s HQ is) #pride last year for reversing their DEI programs. They were a main sponsor with 50K USD. Others chipped in and donated over 100K. This year target is still not welcome at Minneapolis pride.

I love that a pride organization is holding sponsors accountable for their actions by excluding them no matter the cost (which in this case went well for them but could have gone bad as well)

Immer dran denken, Berlin ist so groß, da löst man nicht einfach irgendwelche Probleme. Nur weil Mamdani das in New York schafft heißt dass nicht, dass es in Berlin funktioniert. New York hat ja auch ganz andere Vorraussetzungen als Berlin. Berlin ist nämlich älter und schleppt die Probleme schon viel länger mit sich herum!

The internet is an amazing place. I just watched two hours of a British dude making plushies for children in hospitals. These plushies have e.g. a nosetube or dialysis or walking aid and they are for children in hospitals that they do not feel alone with their condition and treatment or even the scars.

Companies NOT showing pride flags any more during pride months tells us that we were right all the time: They did not care and do not care.

Did you know? I am sure you did not know that the first High Five on Oct 2nd 1977 was done by Glenn Burke while playing for the Dodgers. He was among the first professional athletes coming out as gay. His teammate Dusty Baker scored his 30th home run for the season. Burke ran on the field to congratulate and rose his hand over his head and Baker slapped it.

So yes, high fives are gay.
