@nprofile1q... yeah, i think he even said in an older interview that he wanted eva to be like gundam in that sense with aus. I really dont think it meshes well, will each take give us a different cast? That would feel less like eva since the main eva is tied directly to shinji, so its gonna be a retelling of the same story?? With gundam they take inspiration from the og series at most, so it has that refreshing spirit, idk how eva will fair in that sense :Akarin_Shrug: personally id rather anno make a new ip, 30 years and still on eva is crazy
