Soon you’ll need mandatory age verification to use YouTube, Facebook and X, —in fact, ANY ‘legacy’ social media. Translation: Give your biometrics to AU10TIX —an Israeli entity that will share this information with hundreds of other shady corporations and governments that will then implement client side scanning of all messages in real time, including other back doors that makes encryption useless. If that happens, we become the Palestinians of the digital age.

If VPN’s are blocked and criminalised as they’re attempting to do in England, there will be a mass exodus from legacy systems to protocol based APPs like Nostr that work exactly like Bitcoin: Un-censorable, peer-to-peer technology with no KYC. Meanwhile, legacy social media will have a catastrophic collapse in usage.

The COVID scam showed a divide: Those who trust the government and those who don’t. The coming Digital I.D pandemic will pit the same two groups against each other.

They ban VPN? As usual they can ask big VPN companies to ban European IPs but they cannon ban VPN. So the few that know will self host a VPN server somewhere.

Unfortunately, I fear both forms of interoperable yin-yang money will coexist. #Bitcoin will eventually back #CBDC. Nation state CBDC purchasing power will be relative to how much Bitcoin it has in reserves. Thus, decentralised utopia will give power to dystopian behavioural economics —a paradox. Zoom out far enough, and all the Bitcoin goes back to the state. What we’re left with is 1984. Moral of the story is, never sell your Bitcoin.
