It is wicked windows wednesday, where I am forced to use windows 11... (I can get by not using it some days but not today)...

The thing is... idk if it's windows or my brain... but my brain does NOT want to concentrate on work...

scatterbrain... it wants to do everything except work work... I bet if I launched Godot back up again I would happily start working on non-work.

I wish I had paid more attention to whomever it was, that posited that the modern Internet was designed to make us feel more alone by connecting us wrongly.

I often want a reflection but what I get is a reaction. I want wisdom but get criticism. I hope for integrity and get jokes.

I know, I know, maybe I am in the wrong place for all that. See paragraph number one.

I tried several to give it an honest watch. But just didnt care about it. It didnt speak to me. I found it uninteresting.

But people insisted it is good.

So I decided I would put it on as background noise. Just to say I did give it at least an honest try.

And then several episodes in... I won't spoil why... But it somehow "clicked", and it made me sit up and I went, "wait, wait, what?"

I really like when a show isnt afraid to throw me in the deep end of the pool.

Seems like Hello Games will have yet another No Man's Sky expansion ready for my birthday.

Looking forwards to it, as always.

i cannot stand mint chocolate and I cannot believe I am the same species as someone who enjoys eating that kind of foul medicine.

when aliens arrive on Earth, and tell us they can save everyone by taking us to their planet but there's only mint chocolate on the trip I guess I'll die on Earth.

If you somehow make me eat even a tiny amount of mint chocolate "as a surprise" I 100% guarantee I will vomit on your shoes.
