While he does get some things right (such as the quasi-contractual nature of the form 1040) and I’m glad if it works for him, he never even mentions that US Nationals have to select yearly their tax status. The IRS only recognizes two statuses… “citizen or resident (alien) of the United States” OR non-resident alien. Tax status and immigration status have NOTHING to do with each other.

Just not filing will often lead folks down the road of the IRS creating an SFR/Substitute For Return for them. Far better to just handle it administratively and get them to AGREE your gross income is zero. After all, NRAs have a different section of the IRC that governs what is and is not “gross wages” than US Persons (citizens and resident aliens) do!

Dangerous mix of truth and lack of understanding in this interview… I’d recommend finding David William on Telegram in the No Thanks IRS group to really get a better understanding!

Been wondering how Strike compares to Fold. I currently use both… Strike comes out first and is for my savings and DCA from my paycheck every week, Fold comes out second and been paying utilities and mortgage plus buying Amazon and Lowe’s cards as needed for purchases, the leftover has been going to the bank for wife’s use and a few bills that don’t benefit by using Fold.

Been thinking about switching most to Strike but don’t really use or have credit cards… thoughts?

Can you use fold to buy nonkyc SATs from people on robosats? If not then strike is superior.

You can definitely stack more sats using Fold and other exchanges than with strike. However if you solely DCA, you won't pay any of their fees. I think strike really simplifies everything at the cost of getting less BTC for your money.

Inspiring! My stacking may not be as psycho as yours, but been working on being consistent the last almost 3 years and still going.

Hard to budget it in, so along with tithe for church it gets in on the front end of the paycheck each week. Short weeks mean watching the grocery bill more, but driving a ‘99 Buick that is pretty rusted out and still chatting up Bitcoin as much as I can. It will all pay off… especially with trying to teach the wife and kids about long term savings.
