The latter part kinda meshes with that vibe where you want to do something but your hands are kinda tied. It's just rain, but knowing how the weather around here can go from 0 to 60 on the "just fuck all my shit up" meter at a moment's notice leaves me not wanting to throw caution to the wind about anything.
