If you like fish, bathe salmon in this in the fridge a few hours, adjust quantity with portion:

½ cup soy sauce
½ cup balsamic vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced

Then roast at 450F for 12-15min depending on thickness
