Ah ok right. I figured I was missing something heh.
Instead of consolidating smaller UTXOs from KYC exchange sources, why not just reuse an address for transfers from the same KYC source? You end up with a single larger UTXO, and no privacy is lost since each transfer is identically doxxed anyway.

The solution is to take your paychecks in sats and then use those sats on places like bitrefill to buy groceries or coincards.com people just need to get off the fiat system.
