Some of the reasons I’m against it are:

1. It makes Bitcoin permissible, as it gives guidelines for how users can interact with Bitcoin.

2. The 55% activation threshold will likely cause a chain split.

3. It can freeze users funds, disproving the phrase: “Bitcoin is for everyone, even your enemies.”

Wow, a poll conducted by a BIP 110 twitter account about BIP 110 showed majority support for BIP 110.
