I just helped a friend withdraw his bitcoin from crypto.com to his own wallet. I said try with a small amount first, so he used the minimum amount of 0.001 BTC. He didn't pay close attention to the fee, after a while he said: "Why did I only receive 0.0005 BTC?". Turns out the fee for bitcoin withdrawals is a whopping 0.0005 BTC which is 50% of what he is withdrawing. That's nuts. Close to 50€ for access to his own funds. That's why you have to buy bitcoin using non-custodial methods. Don't support this kind of nonsense.

After over a year on Ubuntu Touch, I am back on LineageOS for now. Without GAPPS of course, but still Android. Main reason is performance, camera issues and battery life on LTE. Plus no current browser and missing AGPS. I still think it has a lot of potential to be a great alternative to Android or iOS.

Arch can be great if you configure it correctly and do some maintenance here and there. I've been running Arch for over 2 years just fine.
But if you do not want to tinker that much, maybe try out OpenSUSE Tumbleweed for a rolling release.
Or the new pop os alpha with their cosmic DE if you are feeling adventurous, it is pretty good already.
I wouldn't recommend Debian on the desktop, the packages are just too old for most of the things you want.
