Alright I have to correct the record, from yesterday. My mother is not someone I would describe as an intelligent person. She has other strengths though, and she comes from a good family. She very much wants notoriety as well, and in what will certainly be to her an unfathomable way, she may receive just that. Her mother Audrey though was to my knowledge a quite smart woman. And Audrey's family was not fond of the Jews. Lol. So the spark lives in her, and I'd like to think the best of Audrey lives in me

Anyway, my mother's patients love her and she loves them. She once said a few years back that she's like a minister, in her work. And I thought that was wonderful. She's a licensed clinical psychologist and studied social work at the great University of Iowa in the 70s. She and my father met in Iowa City, in the hospital :) 🏥

Alright I'm trying to be as generous as I can to my family members. She's my mother and I want her to succeed, but she's also been writing a book that is absolute Ai garbage. None of it pertaining to my father, and me, is based in reality. She cannot get anyone to publish it as of now. But there may come a day when it will be published, and that will be a sad and unfortunate day. I'm sorry to write this note, but want to defend my father and his honor ahead of time. I and my mother both have mental illness, and probably we're both kind of ridiculous people. I hope she can find a better way to find fulfillment in this world.

Feeling better this morning and a little uneasy about things said yesterday, but, this is my journal and that's just how I felt at that time after waking up exhausted for the second day in a row. Thinking of the friends I grew up with and hoping to reunite with them in New York City one day as well

Love the way red bull zero tastes and makes me feel but it seems to irritate my throat so it's not viable long term, I think the sugarfree peach and iced editions are gentler on my voice
I'd never consumed caffeine/energy drinks in the morning for my entire life until this past year...drinking Celsius first thing starting last December raised my norepinephrine levels enough to be able play pickleball several times so it's an amazing supplement & bupropion substitute if necessary 💊
I'm aware of the pH levels of these drinks and I make use of a metal straw ✔️
