Some call me OG.
I say I’m none of these,
I’m simply me.

I simply buy Bitcoin,
I run my own node.
Some say I’m a fool,
while I run my own pool.

They laugh when I stack,
they sneer when I save.
Yet year after year,
I ride every wave.

They trust in the system,
I trust in the chain.
Through halving and bull runs,
through bear market rain.

I don’t need permission,
I hold my own keys.
I don’t wear the labels,
I answer to me.

So call me a Cypherpunk,
call me OG.
I’ll answer to neither;
I’m simply me.

I don’t know what people are complaining about. I kinda like the new bill.

They used to say if man could fly, he'd have wings. But he did fly. He discovered he had to. I don't believe we can stop. In fact through all our existence the frightened and feint hearted have been warning men not to push any further, not to learn any more, not to hope, grow and exceed themselves.

I don't believe we can stop, I don't believe we're meant to.

Do you wish that the first Apollo mission hadn't reached the moon, or that we hadn't gone on to Mars and then to the nearest star? That's like saying you wish that you still operated with scalpels and sewed your patients up with catgut like your great-great-great-great-grandfather used to.

But I'm not because, Doctor McCoy is right in pointing out the enormous danger potential in any contact with life and intelligence as fantastically advanced as this. But I must point out that the possibilities, the potential for knowledge and advancement is equally great.
