We do allow .pdf, .zip, .svg for paid accounts. There is a lot more liability if we allow people to upload any file, ex. Many issues with people uploading viruses, pirated software, etc.

Spreading of (gain of function) viruses? Or more these kind of localised malthusian practises like in your article?

Around the masks, you mean they are aware of viruses being spread and therefor protect themselves versus doctors that don't?

I don't live in the US (yet) so I'm quite unaware about the goings-on.
