Yes this is similar to what happened to me in testing, with Phoenix it works but not others. It needs to be signed on server for it to work. Then needs to be broadcasted from server that a transaction has been received after awaiting transaction success. I can share code if you want.

Btw your lighting address is having an issue in zaps. I think it is related to signing confirmations. Do let me know if you need any help on this. I had a few issues too when trying to setup nostrpro. Initially I thought it was working, but it took time to actually work.
