Huh, no I haven't noticed that. Sometimes its the other way. For example el problema = "the problem" and is masculine lol But I don't know a lot of slang. What is an example?

I should have been clearer. Padre, which is father, means cool in Mexican slang when used as Que Padre! On the other hand, Que poca Madre means How Rude.
The fact that all nouns are gendered is something else but my post was too vague.
BTW, tema, sistema, problema are all masculine despite ending in "a" because they are of Greek origin. Not sure why Greek = male.

I love the idea of men as protectors, it’s a task that they are generally well suited to. Men in general are taller, have more upper body strength, etc. And a very honorable thing to do with physica...

When society had clear roles for men and women, men were taught by their fathers their role, which included defending women. That was a long time ago. In college, some of my women friends took women's studies classes that released an understandable amount of anger in them. Bad men weren't blamed, but men in general. That discourse is no longer limited to liberal colleges, and now boys are taught that they have toxic masculinity. So it's not nearly so automatic that they have a connection with their protector role. Becoming the kind of strong yet healthy man you're talking about required a huge amount of red pill videos and self reflection. Interesting comment as always @HannahMR

Sexual assault is incredibly serious and a matter for the police since we mostly live in nations where the State has a monopoly on violence. If a normal citizen gets involved to rescue you they usuall...

About 20 years ago a heterosexual couple arrived home in San Francisco to find a burglar who lunged at them. He and the man got into an intense fight which included tumbling down the stairs. The burglar ended up in the hospital and the man ended up in jail. The DA which may have been Kamala Harris, and if not, her predecessor, argued that the man did not do "the minimum." If you can imagine the level of andrenaline! In most parts of the States, men no longer have the right to defend themselves, though women do. @HannahMR @gsovereignty

Yep and not sure where OP is from but other western nations are even worse. There’s also probably way more to the story, e.g. apparently the males in the generation below me have been taught from an early age that they are worthless scum and masculinity is toxic and disgusting. They’re now the...
