I'm starting to feel a bit better again, after having been a bit out of mood for a couple of weeks, it feels nice :)

I like to signal that my code is hand written when I can:

Behold! My #weeknotes from August 4 to 10, 2026. You better enjoy them! I finished a book, returned to an epic game, and a couple other things. This is day 14 of #100DaysToOffload And day 9 of #Bla...

@nprofile1q... Really nice photos this week :)

One thing I wonder though, what exactly do you feel had a nice closure, what about the new alien race just randomly brought in in the last chapter, random back history to them that has no real implication for the rest of the story, it's a deus ex machina, just slap some random shit on the wall and call the story finished, which irks me even more since I really enjoyed the whole series up until then :)

@nprofile1q... Hello, just for your info (and to prove that I'm reading your blog :p ) one of your headings did not turn out quite okay, and at least in miniflux is shown as this:

@nprofile1q... Funny how everyone is doing that, while I have gone full on abandoning stuff when it doesn't spark joy mode :p Also playing 5 things at once because chaos monkey mode :p Went in to a search for novelty want to buy something loop on this weekend though, thinking, time to buy new switch game, looking through dekudeals, seeing that there is nothing I want, repeat 2 hours later, for two whole days. I guess my brain just wanted some kind of novelty, ended up going through my rom list, finding dragon quest monters, finding out why I kind of dropped it the last time, and went to siralim, then following the same road as last year :p Brains are weird.

@nprofile1q... Looks cool yeah, I don't know why but I kind of feel too self conscious to track gaming more than writing a summary of it on my blog every week :p I'm way too bad at games to spend as much time as I do on them :p

Oh wow, the Nintendo Store app is genuinely all I need :partyparrot: https://cdn.fosstodon.org/media_attachments/files/116/924/330/667/339/318/original/ae96712f7c74e3d1.png

@nprofile1q... A bit annoying that you have to go to a second device and both having net to do it, but well, I guess it's how it is, and you're probably having it open anyway since you're typing into backloggd

This is a pretty nice overview of how I keep track of my gaming playtime on every platform. Featuring GameDiary, an amazing homebrew app/plugin for the PSP which you should definitely check out. This ...

@nprofile1q... It's kind of amazing in general how great the 3DS OS is and how anemic and lackluster the switch ones are, the 3DS had whimsical sounds, a nice working interface, full theming capabilities, which could do a lot of fun stuff, and then you have the switch one..

@Taylan (GNU+Feminism Cat) Well if you feel threatened for someone willing to punch nazis, that gives me reason to think...

There is no issue with shunning and ridiculing people who use LLMs, just like there is no issue punching a person who decides to get a swastika tattoo.

@nprofile1q... You have to share the share link up top left, not the link you use to get there yourself, as with that one I just get my own list again ;)
