It's hard at first to hang out with old friends who live blissfully unaware. But after time I've found you can turn off the new found awareness and play along with them. Hold the awareness inside like a secret and dance, move and flow just like the old you. It's either that or become alone.
Even harder when you your partner is asleep and is happy that way. Then the dance is harder. But with time I've found I can still do my thing but almost live two lives. One who plays the game , one who walks on the other side. 🙏namo buddhaya
