There's no evidence to support the assertion that Immersive Sims don't make their money back. What evidence there is supports the conclusion that they absolutely do but like many other genres have a total addressable market of about 5 million which if budgeted appropriately can be wildly profitable.

Something retroactively pissed me off. That prick Charles Windsor said to the Americans "If not for us you'd be speaking French". It didn't make any sense but I try not to pay attention to him. Then I started thinking, what did he mean by that and it's pretty clearly a 250 year old chip on his shoulder and an attempt to rewrite history. France gave America it's Republic, it was the British Monarchy that wanted to impose it's will on the colonies.

Something Americans don't realise is the British monarchy isn't done with them, it's an entity that thinks in millennia and you can never let your guard down against them. They are and always will be the biggest threat to The Republic.

Something about the PR blast surrounding Phil Spencer's departure makes me think microsoft are doing the old executive fake retirement routine where companies get a failing executive to retire when they've screwed up.

The idea is to get a fall guy in to weather the storm and then bring the failure back as a fake saviour. I'm watching to see if he comes back in a few years once all his mess has been torn down.
