Hey guys, sorry I’m just seeing this question.
The way we made it, as you cannot apply directly a discount with our BTCPay Server, at the checkout if you opt to pay with BTC (either onchain or LN), automatically take the conversion from USD to BTC using a BTC value 10% more than the market value at the moment of payment.
Meaning if BTC is 100,000 will take it as 110,000 aprox.

Long time didn’t check myself our socials,
