i made a way to move a password or key from one device to another by scanning a QR code

no account, no server of your own. it travels over public nostr relays, sealed with NIP-44 + NIP-59 so the relays can’t read it. both devices use throwaway keys that are destroyed after one transfer

draft spec, not audited yet. please try to break it

Any chance you'd share that backup as a raw dump? I run 8 relays and have 40TB sitting idle. I'll handle making the torrent and seed it indefinitely, you'd just need to get me the file once. Feels wrong for 125M events of history to exist in one place.
