I have a friend who is trying to pay me some money in Bitcoin but they are located in Russia.
Does anyone know what the best options for purchasing Bitcoin in Russia currently are? Preferably with a lightning option but it's okay if it's on chain too.
Something easy, they're new to this and not very technical.
