Nostr clicked for me when I was permanently banned from twitter for suggesting parents rushing their kids of the hospital and being blocked by oil protesters, choose to run them over rather than risk their child's life or prolong their suffering.

I do value my TV over the life of someone who chose to violate the safety of my home.

The other wasabi issue I've heard of is that supposedly, there have been mixed coins traced by law enforcement, leading to arrests, with results replicated by (Samouri funded) OXT. Biased or not, I haven't heard of any claims of Samouri's implementation bring deanonymized. Personally, I like the free remix feature of Samouri paired with my own dojo, and some of my UXTO's have 40+ remixes on them yielding an absurdly huge anonyminity set.

I use samouri and then exchange doxxic change for monero, then back to btc to break the on chain link. Wasabi uses chainanalysis to blacklist addresses, which makes it a non starter IMHO.
