Last year, at the school's public speaking event, one set of parents came to watch their 12-year old daughter, who wears a hijab, compete. They had her toddler sister with them and she was also wearing a hijab, as was her mother.

She hadn't used it in quite a while but has gone back to it in the last few days.

The Québec government tried to do this for driver's licences. The alphabet crywankers said it would 'out' them. Like their fucking faces don't. I think the idiot who just got $500 from a hair salon this week was involved. If I remember correctly, this was one of his hunger strikes.

We have such a shortage of teachers that we get unqualified people hired all the time. For instance, we has a French teacher that is an engineer but felt like a change so figured she could teach. She lasted less than a term. They replaced her with someone from Morocco who had tutored in French. She lasted two weeks. I now have two of the groups and spent all of term 2 trying to cover as much of the curriculum that they were behind on as possible. It's a shitshow.
