That would be ideal. Give people the tools to do it themselves, choose their own storage, and if they don't have the skills, Apple or Google is always an option.
Android has Seedvault backups which I use and point to a personal nextcloud, but I wonder if a "seedvault relay" might be valuable? something similar to ngit maybe but secured to a specific nsec?
