But really I view AI as like having an ultra-capable mouth & the part of the brain, the set of neurons that control the performance & "muscle memory" of a mouth. It's impressive and brings greater utility, but really can only get you so far.

Technical proficiency might be a factor, but if he knows how to log in to the square back end and you know where to direct him it could take less than five minutes. From there you might have to show the employees how to select Bitcoin as a payment option, but that's easy as well.
