@nprofile1q... we have a family-subscription from Apple with Apple Music included. It's the one hardest thing I have found to change to a big-tech free option, because it's also for the rest of the family's phone use on the line (and in Denmark we have central apps you can't use on a degoogled or Linux phone). So that's what I use for now. But I would love to switch it up, and Qobuz is on that list!

I use Youtube free for some videos about music production, but normally watch using Freetube.

@nprofile1q... just to strengen the argument. The last three Norwegians I meet, was all cello players.

(It is in no way relevant, that it was at a cello audition, it could have been anywhere really)

@nprofile1q... I really understand your hopes for moving, it's all things I would have in mind too, and why I'm not likely to move from Denmark anytime soon. Norway and Iceland would be on top of my list too.

I get the impression that you already have a lot of pointers of where to look and what to look for. I really hope you get the chance for make the move one day!

@nprofile1q... I have always enjoyed traveling in (rural areas of) the Nordic countries. There is a lot of similarities in culture, music and language in our region, and I find that interesting.

Like where are we different and where are we the same. So I would most likely move north, if I get the chance.
