As long as you don't have a signing threshold of keys on coldcards, yes. Though you should consider coldcard keys to be compromised and rotate them out with a freshly generated key at your convenience.

Likely not. Even using a 2/3 MS assuming all signing devices are different manufacturers (recommended) that implies that only one signing device may be compromised for this hack is part of the affected. Never hurts to review
