well, it's coldish and damp like the UK and Ireland, not central Europe, US cold, by which I mean barely ever snows and hardly any sub zero temperatures...but yeah, not a warm country
in all honesty then I would take the price of a 200 mile journey in the UK and fly to a mountain town in Romania or perhaps somewhere in Georgia (the country)πππππ
it depends if the person wants a city and if they will have their own transport once they get there. York and Edinburgh are good for those who just want to walk around when they get there
