I really like the Hevy app because it shows various movements with animation, but it's incredibly closed so no chance to do anything but manually enter the workouts

Good use for agentic AI: having it rewrite and update workout routines and adjust weights/sets based on weekly goals
Would love to see more open APIs on workout apps to give direct access to evaluate...
I’ve tried something similar for my training in Trail Running, and the results are not that bad. I think with more data could improve the quality
