i think strc probably pumps the fuck out of the coin but has more risk than people admit, especially long term, and hopefully it does not blow up in all our faces seems like a lot of things could go ...

What risks? I haven't read any valid reason why this would be risky.

Strategy is overcollateralized and they manage to maintain a reasonable level of leverage.

Once all financial institutions adopt this approach (they will have no choice because of game theory), the systemic risk on bitcoin due to a potential default will disappear.

I think we are in this situation where it's too good to be true and most people are dismissing the idea without even understanding it fundamentally.

Governments can ban the strc product or steal mstr bitcoin. Its definitely not riskless.

Sure. You can use Tor, run your own node, connect only through wifi etc. Or you can admit that BTC is not a freedom coin and use something that is built from the ground up for privacy.
