I just told my 80+ year old dad what a node was last night.
I asked if he lived til 104, he would have 100,000 awaking hours left, or up to 900 Saturdays remaining, 52 per year, 450 Saturdays (26/yr) with good weather. what is most important to him and what would make him most happy. Additional, what activities are healthier and which are less healthy to extend the time.
He can get stuck indoors for hours upon hours wasting watching tv & I’m trying to help him get out of the habit. I Gave him some more beneficial & healthier activities he can do close to home and how the extra sunshine & travel will boost his happiness and network, and the why it’s important.
