sauna: legit health benefits or overhyped?
ive been doing 3 sessions of 10-15 minutes a day. i enjoy it but curious to hear what the wisdom of the internet has to say
good for detoxing if needed and you can’t temporarily put in the proof of work to sweat out the past, but, if you can, then proof of work should take you to levels of sufficient perspiration where there is a maximum amount of water/mineral loss you’d ideally wouldn’t want to surpass without surpassing mental clarity
