I think you’ll really appreciate Noto. Italy in general is absolutely beautiful. Some quirks and garbage where you would least expect it but the art and natural beauty is amazing. Prego/De Nada!

Wise words. Have you ever been to Noto, Italy? Italy in general but the history of depth of Noto is visceral.

Traveling is the easiest way to go into the unknown. It's too easy to inadvertently fall into old patterns at home in the familiar. When traveling, everything is unfamiliar & so it's much easier to stay in that place of not knowing. You can only ever expand in the unknown.

In conflict, how quickly can you return to a loving state?

Take the time to understand what’s going on from this place.

The energy you live in can shift the conflict in a positive way quickly.

Pretty quickly now. The 4 agreements helped, particularly the, make no assumptions & take nothing personally. That was what got me to see it was all a mirror for my own internal state. I was able to make that shift in the moment & watch the other make a 180⁰ turn in the way that they were treati...

Conflict resolution often hinges on shifting perspectives, but energy markets show how material disruptions linger. Just read about Asia’s scramble to adapt oil/gas flows after Middle East tensions—geopolitical shocks don’t reset quickly, even with the right mindset. https://theboard.world/...

I’ve noticed a small trend of xrp guys popping up every month or two around here (like one every couple months). Not preachers. but just guys who have a quiet interest. Guys who think xrp is currently being used in international trade as it offers fast transactions, bitcoin is just digital gold hence why it’s so expensive, etc. Just the classic talking points of someone like this. They are guys who seem normal on the surface, but you may notice they are typically less grounded and every so slightly more stressed.

If it somehow gets brought up, which is very rare, I’ll stay quiet or maybe ask a question or two like how long they’ve been holding xrp to see where they’re at. Simple stuff. Yesterday it got brought up with another guy who just moved here and I made the mistake of going a little deeper with the guy who had a bit of an ego and I soon discovered what a mistake that was. If this is any of your guys line of work, to discuss these matters with people, I commend you because I found it to be exhausting within minutes.

For me, I’ve always found shilling bitcoin to be very unfulfilling and largely a negative freeroll, since if they buy and it goes down, they will be upset, versus if they buy and it goes up, it’s like it was to be expected. Also throughout my life, I’ve noticed that the money you acquire will just amplify the internal state in which you live. When I was a poker player, I felt feelings of emptiness, numbness, and depression. I didn’t know exactly why at the time but it was because of the extractive nature of the work, the constant suppressing of my emotions, and the environment I was in being in a casino where everyone is against each other. So anytime I had a good month, the money I made equated to me receiving more energy, which temporarily was a positive boost, but ultimately just amplified the feelings of depression and emptiness within me.

This is largely why on nostr I discuss discovering a contributive purpose, spending your time getting healthy, developing a connection to your breath, and cultivating peace and gratitude within yourself because these are the things that absolutely changed my life the most as it took me from a depressed poker player to being more joyous and loving as a human.

Last nights conversation with the xrp guy was another reminder of this. I’ve reached a point where I don’t feel called to convince anyone of anything. If someone comes to me for advice then great, I know I can help them out in their journey, but wasting time discussing topics with people who fundamentally aren’t using logic will drain you. My intention is to preserve my energy, pour everything into my purpose and retreats, and help the people who are actively searching for it. Ultimately, I believe everyone is going at the perfect speed for their own journey in life as thinking otherwise will only lead to mental suffering within yourself. I hope you had a great 4th of July and may you keep living your best life. Pura Vida.

Great post, really feeling this. In terms of XRP or shipcoins in general to me its just proof that we dont get out of this with the conciousness that got us into it. To me Bitcoin offers something far deeper and transformational even beyoynd maths and cryptography and more into the creator energy of...

Beautiful. I have had many conversations with XRP people over the years. I don't quite do it as a job because nobody pays me to orange pill, but that's essentially what it is. I used to work in sales for an automotive manufacturer and I felt that emptiness and depression you're referring to. Now I u...

The more you energetically need something or someone, the more you repel it.

Let go, stay in your power, and trust that what’s meant for you will not miss you.

"Letting go" is just euphemism for surrender, a tactic peddled by the likes of Oprah and Deepak Chopra to keep you complacent and powerless.

People who overthink and overanalyze everything are stuck living in their heads, which leads to stress and frustration.

An easy way to mitigate this is by taking daily consistent action towards a goal.

If you get 1% better each day, that’s 37 times better at the end of one year.

Stop thinking and start doing.

Yeah I agree. When working for myself I focus on the first task of a project only. I add it to my to do list as a small task to complete. The actual task is nothing in itself but it gets me moving in the right direction & I can see progress even if it's small. I'll often get a little excited & jus...
