@Rusty based on the posts of yours I’ve seen, WiFi APs and phones are things we should be concerned about but what about other wifi devices that (I’m assuming) seem more like they’re receiving rather than emitting, like smart switches and lights. How bad are they?

Frost splits up your nsec into a multisig basically. Cold root identity is one nsec that is kept offline and cold and you use disposable keys that you can rotate whenever you want. Different but could be used together if you wanted to.

2 PCR tests returned positive (as they're designed to do) and they refuse to test older birds in the flock that have developed natural immunity. Interesting side note which might explain why a government agency might want to destroy these birds:
