There’s a difference between having valid criticism and being a “hater”

Maybe reading comprehension is a little difficult for you, let me restate. I said:

So what I'm saying here is that that statement SOUNDS LIKE sexist/racist bullshit. Don't get distracted. Address the points I made instead of being dismissive.

But I'm guessing you don't see any of the negative impacts the types like you have? You don't sound too different from an abuser.

I wasn't talking about your day to day development. I'm talking about you convincing yourself that LLMs have magically solved efficiency.

You talk about AI as if it suddenly made all compute cheap. That's a (subsidized) illusion. There will always be costs. These AI companies are just distorting the value proposition. If you think you'll be able to get Fable class results on affordable hardware, you fell for it.

Thinking you can stop doing the actual brainwork behind building things because Fable happens to be affordable right now is a terrible long-term bet.

I really think you should take a minute to evaluate what relying on AI is doing to your brain. Are you realistically thinking things through anymore?

Do you really think there is some massive efficiency breakthrough that has been missed after all this time and absurd amount of money that has been poured into this field?

Why would something that’s actually useful require true believers?
